This policy explains what Alteva Digital ("we") collects through altevadigital.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you give us, use it only to help with your website, and never sell it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, city, and any notes.
• The website address you enter into our free website check. We visit that site's public homepage once, the same way a browser would, to produce your results.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop abuse (for example, limiting how many requests one visitor can send).

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information, and we don't set cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you, send the report or mockup you asked for, and follow up about your website.
• To keep a record of our conversation in our customer management system.

If you'd rather we didn't contact you again, reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or use the unsubscribe link in it, and we'll stop.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted services to run our business: our hosting provider (Railway), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our domain and network provider (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we're in touch about your website, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@altevadigital.com.
